No spare? No problem
Many newer vehicles have no spare at all. If that's you, or your spare is flat too, we'll load your vehicle on a flatbed and take you to the tire shop of your choice.
Safety first
We position our truck to shield you from traffic, light the scene and get you back on the road or safely off it. Stay in your vehicle with your seatbelt on until we arrive.
Frequently asked questions
Do you sell or bring new tires?
We install your spare or tow you to a tire shop. We don't carry tires on the truck.
What if I have a locking lug nut and no key?
Let dispatch know. Our drivers carry tools for most wheel locks, and if that fails we can tow you to a shop.
How long will it take?
A tire change usually takes about 15 minutes once we arrive.
